At Fine Finds, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience. Please review our shipping, returns, and refund policies below for detailed information.
1. DELIVERY TIMELINES
- Within Lahore: Orders are typically delivered within 30–35 days.
- Outside Lahore: Deliveries take approximately 40–45 days.
- Custom Projects: Custom residential or commercial projects may take 2–3 months, depending on the scale and number of items.
- International Deliveries: Timelines for international orders are arranged directly with clients based on the number of products, volumetric weight, and destination.
2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY PROCESS
- Shipping: Fine Finds provides shipping and doorstep delivery. However, orders are delivered by 3rd party delivery services. For orders outside Lahore, complete setup is available upon request, with costs included in the delivery charges. Orders are shipped once full payment is made.
- Delivery Address: Clients must provide an accurate address to prevent delays or misdeliveries.
- Within Lahore: Deliveries are to the doorstep only. If setup assistance is needed, please inform us in advance. Additional labor can be arranged at an extra cost.
- Furniture Fit: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that furniture can fit through doors, staircases, or elevators in its original packaging. Functional cargo lifts are required for building deliveries. If extra labor is needed, the client must arrange it.
3. WEATHER-RELATED DELAYS
Severe weather conditions, such as monsoon rains or fog, may impact delivery schedules. Clients will be informed in advance of any delays.
4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage, defects, or incorrect items immediately. Contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and provide a resolution.
- Once the delivery is completed and inspected, we cannot accept damage claims.
- If an exchange is approved, the cost of returning the original product is the customer’s responsibility.
5. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
- Products that do not fit within the customer’s space. Customers must verify that their furniture will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators before placing an order. Product dimensions are available on our website.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
6. EXCHANGES
Fine Finds does not offer exchanges on furniture items. For any concerns, please contact our team.
7. REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your claim, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Custom and special order items can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible.
