DAMAGES, RETURNS, AND ISSUES

All furniture is inspected by our team to ensure safe delivery.
Damages must be reported immediately upon delivery. Once our team leaves, Fine Finds is not responsible for any damages.
Ensure furniture dimensions fit your doors and passageways before ordering. Ask for dimensions first, please.

Damaged or incorrect items: Notify us immediately at our provided email or phone number.
Return policy: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Cancellations are not possible once an item has shipped.
Special returns: If granted, clients must cover return shipping and use a traceable method. Returns must be in original condition and packaging and within 5 days.
Wooden products: Natural wooden furniture may change in appearance due to humidity. These variations enhance its character.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

Orders proceed the next day after payment is received as per the payment schedule.
Weather delays: Conditions such as monsoon rains or fog may delay deliveries. Clients will be notified in advance.

Delivery Timelines:

  • Within Lahore: 4–5 weeks
  • Outside Lahore: 5–6 weeks
  • Custom residential/commercial projects: 2–3 months, depending on scale
